Outstanding training-- for all levels and all ages. My husband joined a few years ago and is in great shape. My 11 year old has been going for over a year and has gained a great deal of confidence, stamina and a great community. Coaches are patient, thorough and experienced. FENIX is a great place to train for all ages and skill levels.The coaches are all very experienced and knowlegable and have the ability to teach to each student's individual strengths and weaknesses. Beginners to advanced BJJ competitors can benefit from the great coaches,teammates,and positive environment at Fenix. I have improved as an athlete and grown as a person during my 4+ years training as part of this team.
